Are you passionate about driving enterprise-wide transformation through AI while shaping outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Program Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating Webfleet's AI Transformation and Customer Journey Transformation initiatives.

In this cross-functional role, you will orchestrate complex transformation programs, connect business and technology stakeholders, and ensure alignment across multiple strategic initiatives. Acting as the backbone of our AI transformation portfolio, you will provide governance, drive execution, enable collaboration, and create transparency across the organization. At the same time, you will lead our end-to-end Customer Journey Transformation program, ensuring that AI-enabled innovations translate into meaningful improvements for our customers and measurable business outcomes.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

AI Steering Committee — Drive, Document, Anchor

Facilitate and drive the AI Steering Committee: set the agenda, manage time, and keep discussions on track.
Own meeting documentation: capture decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines clearly and consistently.
Follow up commitments between sessions — chase open actions, flag risks, and escalate blockers early.
Keep the SteerCo grounded: push back on scope creep, surface what is not moving, and bring the conversation back to priorities when it drifts.
Prepare pre-read materials and post-meeting summaries for SteerCo members and executive stakeholders.

AI Transformation Stream Coordination

Act as the central coordination point across the major AI transformation streams by:

Coordinate planning, governance, reporting, and execution across AI transformation streams, ensuring consistent ways of working and stakeholder alignment.
Maintain the enterprise AI roadmap and consolidated portfolio view, including progress, milestones, key decisions, resource requirements, and business value.
Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, overlaps, and synergies, escalating issues and supporting prioritization where needed.
Drive transparency and visibility of AI initiatives across the organization, connecting stream leaders, AI Champions, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

AI for Engineering Efficiency
Customer Journey End-to-End Transformation

Governance & Accountability

Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks.
Define project tracking and reporting standards.
Create executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
Ensure transparency on progress, risks, benefits, and investment.
Facilitate governance boards and steering committees.
Monitor compliance with Responsible AI policies.
Identify Resource needs & provide Budget input.

Executive Reporting

Prepare executive and board-level updates.
Track value realization and ROI.
Maintain enterprise AI portfolio dashboards.
Provide visibility on adoption, risks, and outcomes.
Recommend investment and prioritization decisions.

Customer Journey End-to-End Project Management

Lead the Customer Journey End-to-End Transformation initiative as the dedicated Program Manager.
Deliver on the end-to-end roadmap, milestones, and delivery plan for customer journey improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Identify and drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks impacting customer journeys.
Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and customer experience priorities, business outcomes, and value creation.
Track and report progress, adoption, and impact of customer journey initiatives, including customer and business KPIs.
Drive governance, decision-making, and prioritization specific to the Customer Journey transformation.ç

Who are You?

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation programs and Program Manager functions.
Experience coordinating cross-functional portfolios and governance processes.
Strong understanding of AI, data, technology, and organizational change.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working with senior leadership teams and governance boards.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.
Knowledge of AI governance, operating models, portfolio management, and value realization frameworks.
