About the expertise

In Inside Sales, we’re responsible for developing our customer portfolio and identifying sales opportunities. We’re also tasked with promoting state-of-the-art technology and our world-class brand. We build relationships and evaluate our customers’ needs to provide the most-fitting solution.

To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll need motivation, persistence, and the drive to create new and meaningful business relationships.

Your challenge

Sales and business development can be very competitive. That’s why we’ll often challenge you on different goals.

Our teams are not only responsible for the initial contact, but also for closing deals with customers. We work with different rewards systems as spiffs and awards to honour your success.

Opportunities

We want you to grow! Learning and development is a dedicated project in the organisation. Not only do we have certain programmes, but you can also contribute your ideas to help us improve.

Team spirit

This is very important within Webfleet Solutions and the Inside Sales department. We want you to be a part of a team. A team that is great, motivating, enthusiastic and supportive.

Everyone here plays a role to create and keep an environment where we work towards a mutual goal and keep each other’s best interests at heart.

We have different events over the year where we build our team spirit, like our annual Kick Off day, our summer and Christmas events, and smaller events in the office.

Recruitment process

The recruitment process consists of four steps.

  • Interview with the recruiter
  • Interview with the team lead
  • Role play (a phone call with a typical sales situationyou can choose from two customer cases)
  • Interview with one of the Inside Sales Managers and Sales Trainer

Onboarding

Our Inside Sales onboarding programme involves training during your first three months. It helps you to gain the perfect product knowledge, develop your prospecting skills and have the right sales techniques at hand.

Next to that, you’ll be supported by your team during those months. You’ll listen to calls, get to know the local market and learn about the tools you’ll work with on a daily basis.

There’s also a buddy programme. One of your teammates will guide you through the first steps in the company, where you’ll get to know your colleagues and the different departments.
