Experience the whole product development lifecycle at Webfleet – from our hardware and firmware development, to data science, backend and frontend development and mobile applications.
Our engineering department with +200 engineers is spread across Europe, working in five different locations:
- Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Barcelona, Spain
- Berlin, Germany
- Leipzig, Germany
- Warsaw, Poland
What we do
We develop products and services with the aim to visualise and optimise the management and operation of diverse types of commercial vehicle fleets.
Our Webfleet Solutions Cloud Platform (WFSCP) can process the live status data of millions of connected vehicles in real-time, employing distributed computing infrastructure.
Next to that, with our OEM.connect partner programme, we work with major OEM brands to directly connect the latest generation of vehicle models to the WFSCP. This provides instant customer onboarding without the need of additional hardware. Learn more in our technical case study scrolling down this page.
How we do it
The WFSCP computing backend is powered by industry standard tooling like Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka and Hibernate. It’s designed with parallel data processing and redundancy in mind to support thousands of users browsing the status, KPIs or reports with zero delay or downtime.
Modern microservice architecture ensures that our cross-functional scrum teams can progress on their projects with maximal autonomy. At the same time, they can keep increasing complexity at bay and take full responsibility for their components.
Webfleet customers value our interfaces, which hide their power behind aesthetic efficiency. In the background, our engineers enjoy employing latest web technologies like JavaScript, React or Selenium.
Next to supporting state-of-the-art frontend and mobile apps, the WFSCP is designed for smooth integration and extendibility via modern and powerful APIs in the web and on our hardware devices.
