About the expertise
In Sales Administration we are the link between different customer facing departments: We connect our customers, vendors, CSM, finance, customer support. Admin is in charge of contract-related actions and activities.
Our job starts when the customer has signed a contract and the sales representative submitted it to us for check and processing.
Our number one priority is to process contracts in a timely manner to ensure a smooth customer experience. We handle any kind of contract-related requests, such as changes, retention activities, invoice-related actions and much more. Installation planning is also part of our business.
The added value of our work therefore lies in the quality assurance of the signed contracts. We make sure the customer gets service (and hardware) as quickly as possible. Our work ensures that, for example, installation deadlines for hardware parts can be met.
Furthermore, as a link between different departments, we maintain an overview of ongoing processes and are an important stakeholder in setting up and supporting e.g., sales initiatives.
Your challenge
The work in Sales Administration is focused on details to ensure quality. A good overview of our products, a good intuition for customer service and a good sense of balance between quality and quantity will enable you to become an expert in your job.
In addition, our work requires a certain degree of solution-orientation and flexibility. This is particularly important to be able to find the ideal solution to a request.

Onboarding
We have a buddy programme. One of your teammates will guide you through the first steps in the company, getting to know your colleagues and the different departments.
Additionally, our onboarding plan consists of an initial 2-3 weeks of thematic training, including time for reflection and trial and error.
