About the expertise

In the Sales department, we aim to develop our customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities and potential of medium and large sized customers, and promoting state-of-the-art technology and our world-class brand. Along with Inside Sales, the department is responsible for bringing valuable customers and building a strong relationship with them, evaluating their needs and providing the most-fitting solutions to solve them. To be successful as a member of the Sales Team, it requires motivation, to be fearless, and the drive to begin new and meaningful business relationships and maintain them overt ime.

Your challenge

As sales and business development can be very competitive, we will often challenge you on different goals. Our account managers and sales representatives are responsible for the initial contact of large and medium customers, and for closing the deals with them as well as growing them.

We are working with different rewarding systems as commission schemes and awards to honour your success.

Recruitment process

The recruitment process consists of three steps:

  • Initial interview with the recruiter
  • Interview with the hiring manager + recruiter (can include a presentation)
  • Interview with the regional sales team


Our Sales onboarding program includes training over the first months after your start. It helps you to gain the perfect product knowledge, to develop your prospecting skills and to have the right sales techniques at hand. Next to that, you will be supported by a buddy from your team and accompany them to customer and reseller meetings before going out on your own.
