We give you the opportunity to volunteer! There is a variety of reasons why people choose to do so, from having the chance to give something back and contribute to the community, to make a difference to the society, people, or environment around them.
Volunteering can also give you an opportunity to develop new skills, such as teamwork and collaboration, work ethic or problem solving. It can enhance existing experience in a field or make you gain new knowledge.
We strongly recommend you make a step on it. That’s why being a Webfleet/Bridgestone Mobility Solutions employee you can take up to 40 paid hours per year for volunteering activities. There is a wide range of activities you could take, from volunteering at a school and doing teaching lessons, to cleaning the environment such as parks, beaches, or forests, as well as collaborating in a food-donating organisation.
In the end, you have the choice to be the change you want to see in the world.
