We understand how important it is for our employees to work in their most comfortable way and to choose freely the place to do it from.
During 2021, we successfully launched the Flex Working Scheme, that helps employees achieve a better work-life balance by allowing them to work from any location up to 3 days per week, while combining collaborative team working from the office 2 days a week.
Now, after this well-received way of working, we’re additionally implementing the Working Abroad Scheme. This means our employees are eligible to work from any location for up to 2 months per year. How exciting is that?
Thereby, our employees will be able to combine their working hours while enjoying the chosen locations, not only during summer, but in any season of the year! This is especially great news for our many expatriate employees, as they can organise a visit to their home country without needing to use their vacation time.
