About the expertise

In CSM our customers come first. It is our goal to provide the best possible service to our existing clients. To fulfil this mission, we are consisting of two teams. One of the teams is our first line customer support (CS) who does assist our customers with their technical requests. They ensure that the potential of our products can be fully used by the customer. Then we have customer success agents who build and keep up relationships. They evaluate our customers’ needs by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting our state-of-the-art technology. To be successful representative in customer success management, it requires motivation, persistence, and the drive maintain meaningful business relationships.

Your challenge

In CS and CSM we are highly customer and service oriented. A good overview of our products, a good intuition for customer service and a technical affinity will enable you to become an expert in your job.

In customer success, we maintain a close relationship to our vendors and sales colleagues. Although, we are not responsible for the initial customer acquisition, an important part of our job is loyalty calls in which we tend to our existing clients’ needs and ensure the quality of their business by keeping them up to date with the latest developments in our products.

Therefore, in our job as a customer success representative, we need to enjoy talking on the phone and have a certain degree of flexibility and solution orientation. This is particularly important to be able to find the best possible solution to a request.

  • Customer Success Representative (CSR), Senior CSR
  • Customer Support Specialist (CSS), and if you show interest and dedication to one specialisation you can grow into a Technical Support Specialist (TSS)
