Our Green
Mission

As a business, we are on a green mission to build a more sustainable future by lowering our carbon footprint and while helping our customers lower their carbon emissions.

How do we lower our carbon footprint?

To offset the carbon emissions from our supply chain and facilities, we partnered with Justdiggit to invest in re-greening 13,761 hectares of land in Tanzania. That's an area equal to 17 times the size of the centre of Amsterdam!

Justdiggit is a Dutch NGO and partner of the UN Environment Programme. It's focused on landscape restoration through the re-greening of drylands in Africa to make a positive impact on climate, nature and people.

Our carbon footprint scan

We wanted to better understand the impact our business was having on the environment. That’s why we asked Impact Institute to create a scan of our carbon footprint across 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Thanks to these results, we have offset our carbon footprint over the last four years by re-greening areas in Tanzania and Kenya via a separate project with our partner Justdiggit.

In that time, we’ve worked on re-greening a total area of 13.761 hectares of degraded lands. That equates to 501,440 trees regrown, 481 million litres of water retained and 39,792 local people in Tanzania and Kenya positively impacted.

Green Your Fleet

Developed by Webfleet, the Green Your Fleet platform allows our customers to calculate an estimate of their fleet’s CO2 emissions and find out what steps they need to take to make a positive climate impact.

Customers can join our partnership with Justdiggit to re-green African drylands. By greening up and capturing carbon, we can cool down our planet and help reverse climate change.
