Co będzie należeć do Twoich zadań?

  • Planowanie działań sprzedażowych: połączenia, spotkania, oferty, negocjacje;

  • Terminowe raportowanie wszystkich leadów, szans sprzedażowych oraz działań w naszym systemie CRM – Salesforce.com;

  • Regularne szkolenia z zakresu naszych nowych produktów i rozwiązań; obserwacja trendów rynkowych, otwartość na zmiany i wychodzenie poza strefę komfortu;

  • Monitorowanie działań konkurencji i określanie naszej pozycji na rynku.

Jako członek polskiego zespołu oczekujemy od Ciebie:

  • Realizacji celów sprzedażowych na wyznaczonym terytorium poprzez bezpośrednie działania z potencjalnymi klientami;

  • Raportowania planów, aktywności, współczynników konwersji i trafnych prognoz sprzedaży;

  • Bieżącej aktualizacji CRM i Salesforce.com – wprowadzania nowych leadów i zarządzania szansami sprzedażowymi;

  • Ambicji rozwoju razem z Webfleet – budowania i rozwijania efektywnego ekosystemu partnerów (dystrybutorzy, integratorzy, partnerzy programowi).

Czy jesteś?

  • Przedsiębiorczy profesjonalista z mentalnością huntera sprzedaży i co najmniej 3-letnim doświadczeniem oraz udokumentowanymi sukcesami w sprzedaży w branży IT, mobilności, komunikacji lub oprogramowania;

  • Zawsze aktywnie poszukujesz nowych klientów. Myślenie długoterminowe i strategiczne planowanie to dla Ciebie podstawa. Potrafisz definiować i wdrażać plany sprzedaży bezpośredniej;

  • Doskonale znasz polski rynek B2B. Silna sieć kontaktów (klienci, partnerzy, pośrednicy) w Twoim regionie to absolutna konieczność. Twoje umiejętności networkingowe, pozyskiwania leadów i maksymalizacji poleceń powinny być na najwyższym poziomie;

  • Postawa to podstawa. Twoje pozytywne, energetyczne i zaangażowane podejście inspiruje klientów i współpracowników;

  • Posiadasz silne umiejętności komunikacyjne i wpływu – potrafisz jasno przedstawić propozycje wartości i integracje oprogramowania na różnych szczeblach w organizacji klienta i partnera kanałowego;

  • Jesteś biegły/a w korzystaniu z narzędzi cyfrowych, dobrze orientujesz się w rynku i potrafisz prowadzić badania;

  • Płynnie posługujesz się językiem polskim i angielskim, masz świetne umiejętności prezentacyjne, pisarskie i storytellingowe.
