Enterprise Account Representative

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Enterprise Account Representative to join our Team in Mexico with a proven Sales record and Experience in the vehicle telematics / fleet management industry. The Enterprise Account Representative supports the Enterprise Manager in managing key B2B accounts. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, ensuring commercial agreements are fulfilled, and driving account growth through proactive service, data analysis, and internal coordination.

What will your role be?

  • Report to the Enterprise Sales Manager in B2B management accounts (Existing and prospects)

  • Support the management of strategic accounts, including tracking KPIs, contracts, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

  • Prepare performance reports, consumption analysis, and executive presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Success, Technical Support, Finance, Marketing) to ensure proper execution of commercial agreements.

  • Follow up on incidents, special requests, and operational requirements from Enterprise clients.

  • Participate in client meetings alongside the Enterprise Accounts Manager, documenting agreements and action items.

  • Monitor SLA compliance, service levels, and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).

  • Assist in the implementation of special projects, pilots, and new technology solutions within key accounts.

  • Keep CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) updated with opportunities, activities, and relevant contacts.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance the customer experience.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (Account Executive, KAM, Customer Success, Sales Support) in B2B environments.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
