We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico City. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in vehicle telematics or fleet management to play a key role in expanding our presence across the region.

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through a robust partner ecosystem, developing, managing, and optimizing relationships with strategic partners to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.

What will your role be?

  • Channel Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners in Mexico to drive indirect sales growth.

  • Partner Enablement: Support partners with sales tools, training, and joint go-to-market strategies to increase conversion and retention.

  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement channel-specific sales plans aligned with quarterly and annual targets.

  • Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans to maximize results.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner programs.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to refine channel strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem in Mexico.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration platforms.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
