Senior Sales Representative (Based in Antofagasta)

At Webfleet, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative in Antofagasta. Your mission: grow and manage our customer portfolio in Northern Chile, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and drive sales of our telematics solutions across the region.


Your day-to-day:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Develop sales channels and partners in Northern Chile.

  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets and quotas.

  • Identify business opportunities and propose effective commercial strategies.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to ensure an optimal customer experience.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.

  • Report directly to the Sales Country Manager.

Who are you? 


There is no set path to becoming a Senior Sales Representative at Webfleet, but this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Reside in Antofagasta or nearby. 

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology or fleet services; experience negotiating with the mining industry is a big plus.

  • Knowledge of the Antofagasta regional market and industrial clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Availability to travel within the region as required for business needs.

  • Impeccable spoken and written skills in Spanish & Intermediate/advanced English is desirable.
