Associate Embedded Software Engineer

We're looking for an Associate Embedded Developer to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for those with initial experience with embedded systems and a desire to develop in a telematics environment, working on solutions used in millions of vehicles worldwide. You will work closely with different teams including hardware engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver robust and efficient embedded systems.
We work in an agile team where we constantly add new features to devices, while constantly focusing on code quality through daily code reviews and required unit tests.

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

  • Co-developing embedded software in C/C++ (C++11) for telematics devices.

  • Participation in the design, testing, and implementation of new features.

  • Working in a Scrum team, in close collaboration with hardware engineers, QA, and product managers.

  • Support in debugging and optimizing code for resource-constrained environments.

 What do we expect from you?

  • Technical studies in the field of: computer science / programming.

  • Good understanding of C/C++ and microcontroller systems.

  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Understanding of basic communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART).

  • Willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues.

  • Good communication skills in English and Polish (spoken and written).

  • Openness to collaboration and dialogue.

  • Technological curiosity and a desire for development.

  • Empathy and respect for other team members.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Python, RTOS, and debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyzer).

  • Passion for electronics and automotive.
