As Webfleet/Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we want to ensure that all of our employees are supported in this and can access the help they need, when they need it!
That’s why, at the beginning of 2021, we partnered with Workplace Options, to offer a full service Employee Assistance Programme.
Available to all Webfleet/Bridgestone Mobility Solutions employees for free, it’s an independent resource that employees can tap into for both work related and personal support. The services can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it's completely confidential and is also available to family members. It’s staffed by a team of independent, highly trained and qualified professionals who are experts in fields such as wellbeing, family matters, relationships, workplace issues and much more.
