Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling backend systems that power our mobility platform. You’ll collaborate across teams, lead initiatives, and ensure technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
Lead Agile Development: Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams, contribute to sprint planning, and guide junior developers.
Architect & Build Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
Champion DevOps & Cloud Practices: Work with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD) to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
Drive Quality & Security: Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and proactively address performance and security concerns.
Mentor & Collaborate: Share knowledge, support team growth, and work closely with architects, product owners, and UX designers.

What do we expect from you?
5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
Experience with cloud-native development and infrastructure as code.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to mentor peers and lead technical discussions.
Bonus: Experience with frontend technologies like React.
