Sr Sales Representative
We are looking to welcome a Senior Sales Representative with a proven Sales record and more than 2 years’ experience in the Vehicle telematics / Fleet management industry.
In this role, you will be part of the sales team in Australia and will be responsible to prospect, develop and close sales of telematics solutions to large, medium and small companies in your region/s; through direct sales activity.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
Develop all potential channels for our business within its assigned territory;
Serve, convert and develop the assigned leads but also develop your own business opportunities, keeping updated and with a correct registration in the CRM;
Development, monitoring and implementation of strategies for business development and growth in its territory;
Demonstrating SaaS to prospective new clients, working with colleagues to gain new business.
Monitoring and correct implementation of Marketing plans;
Integrate and report monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.

Who are you?
There is no set route to become a Sales Representative at Webfleet Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar preferable but no essiential;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the vehicle telematics / fleet management industry
Strong background in B2B sales and passionate about building a local sales organization from scratch;
Proven results to effectively manage solution sales cycles;
Ability to be "demand generator" in the market with proven ability to detect and “hunt” new business as well as close deals;
Ability to work remotely with independence and responsibility;
Highly motivated and self-starter mentality with orientation to result;
MS Office and CRM expertise, valuable Salesforce;
Fluent in English.
