Senior Telematics Installer
We are looking for a Senior Telematics Installer to join a recently created team of installer for our hardware and solutions. You will be joining a team of 6 installers across Europe. The position is based in Frankfurt or Hanover area.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
You will be responsible for conducting an end-to-end installation on a customer vehicle, according to an order assigned by a Field Service Dispatcher.
You know how to install, activate, and proceed with the diagnostic of electronic automotive solutions.
You know how to conduct a tyre related service (defit / refit of a truck wheel, defit / refit of a tire) to allow the deployments of advanced, mobility centric solutions.
You will have to log the details of your activity into a report after every installation or job.
Occasionally, you support specific installation training, for the account of the IP network.
Who are you?
Minimum 3 years of experience in installation;
Previous experience in Installation preferably in Telematics or Tyre;
A certification on EBS system is a plus;
Some installations to happen out of your designated area;
A driving license is a must as frequent traveling is expected;
Based in Frankfurt or Hanover area.
A good command of German, and an understanding of English
