At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions we are looking for the best and brightest minds to join our direct sales team, your mission will be to sell our value-added solutions to prospects in Belgium and Luxembourg. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join us in a state of rapid growth. 

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Hunt new business opportunities within the designated region / scope to support the organisation in meeting its goals;

  • Prospect, develop and close sales of telematics solutions to large, medium companies in the region/s;

  • Source new sales leads and opportunities via direct approach (Cold callings and prospecting);

  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline while growing and maintaining the existing customer base;

  • Manage sales, training and customer relationships in the region

  • Support software and business partners in sales appointments (where necessary);

  • Reporting on sales, opportunities and pipe-line in a timely manner, using internal systems;

  • Research, identify, reach out and develop potential direct customers with a medium to large fleet of vehicles;

  • Manage your own agenda through lead generation and setting customer appointments;

  • Drive and reach outstanding sales by working closely with the marketing manager, sales engineer, operational and technical teams;

  • Forecast and report leads & opportunities via Salesforce CRM.


Who are you?

There is no set route to become a Senior Sales representative, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Entrepreneurial skill set with SALES HUNTER MINDSET and minimum 7 years’ experience with solid track record of achieving successful sales growth in the IT, mobility, communications or software industry;

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

  • Experience in selling solutions in B2B.

  • Experience within the vehicle telematics/ fleet management industry is preferable.

  • Exceptional cold calling skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed their sales targets.

  • A positive-minded, energetic, and ambitious sales professional with relevant experience and a can-do attitude.
