At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions we are looking for a Sales Admin Intern to support our colleagues in the Sales department in our office in Barcelona. The intern in the Sales department will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational management related to the processes of recruitment, orders and customer service for the Iberia market.

Your Day-to-Day:  

  • Preparing and tracking orders and collaborating in the attention and response to customer inquiries 

  • Updating customer databases 

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the correct processing of requests, and managing the necessary documentation for commercial operations

  • Supporting the generation of sales tracking reports and marketing actions of the segment.

Who are you?

  • Seeking to improve efficiency in the administrative tasks of the sales area;

  • Detail oriented;

  • Effective organizational skills;

  • Good written and verbal expression, as well as strong communication skills;

  • Fluent in Spanish and good command of English;

  • Confident handling of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Able to sign a 6-month internship contract with your university.
