At Webfleet, we’re looking for a Logistics and Sales Operations Specialist LATAM for a 100% on-site position in Mexico City, who will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics and sales support activities across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.


Your day-to-day:

The Logistics and Sales Operations Specialist for LATAM is responsible for managing and optimizing logistics and sales support processes across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, transportation cost optimization, and reverse logistics processes, while ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with fiscal and customs regulations across countries.

Additionally, the role supports the regional sales teams by streamlining order management, processing returns, ensuring accurate data entry in SAP, and maintaining alignment with internal controls and audit requirements. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams in a dynamic B2B tech environment.

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations (inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics) across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

  • Oversee inventory control, including remote stock (partners, customers, technical teams), ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and SAP transactions.

  • Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

  • Monitor and optimize transportation costs and logistics budgets.

  • Support sales operations by managing order processing, delivery scheduling, and customer claims.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax, customs, and import/export regulations in each country.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Technical Services) to align logistics and sales processes.

  • Maintain and improve operational procedures and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.

  • Analyze logistics and sales data to generate reports and insights for continuous improvement.

 
Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, solution-driven professional with strong analytical skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, multicultural B2B tech environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B tech environment.

  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

  • Experience in remote warehouse control.

  • Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and international trade regulations.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; native Spanish speaker.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across countries and teams.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with remote teams and multicultural environments is a plus.

Success Indicators:

  • High inventory accuracy across all LATAM warehouses and partner locations.

  • Inventories accurately reported to head office for both inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Reduction in logistics costs year-over-year through process optimization.

  • Timely and accurate processing of customer orders and returns.

  • Compliance with local tax and customs regulations with zero audit findings.

  • High internal stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, Finance, Customer Support).

  • Timely and accurate reporting of logistics and sales operations KPIs.

  • Continuous improvement initiatives implemented and tracked quarterly.
