• Share ideas for new features and collaborate with our product management - be creative. Your ingenuity and commitment matter to us!
• Create and nurture complete functional groups from frontend to backend, while having an eye on the platform’s scalability and security;
• Develop, implement, test and demonstrate new features within an agile process;
• Understand how to improve usability, performance and quality assurance.
Who are you?
You are a quick learner and enthusiastic about new technology, backend development, REST API design as well as microservice architecture in the cloud;
You have solid experience in backend Java development. You know your way around the latest Spring Boot framework including its features, best practices, general and testing possibilities.
You have experience in or at least some knowledge about Kubernetes cloud operation, deployments & DevOps;
A nice addition would be knowledge in mobile application development on Android or iOS;
You have a common understanding of databases;
You know how to connect and to communicate on interpersonal level with different stakeholders in English.
You will get in contact with a range of different technologies, starting from Java, Spring Boot and Kafka in the backend, over Android mobile applications up to JavaScript, Redux and Sagas in React (Native). –But don’t worry if you are not experienced in all of them. Your passion for software development and willingness to learn is much more important!
