Financial Controller
At Webfleet, we are looking for a Financial Controller. In this role, you will own the financial close process, audit, reporting, and internal controls. Your work will go beyond the numbers: you will translate financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategy.
Your challenge
Lead and oversee the monthly and annual financial close process
Deliver timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS (and Dutch GAAP where applicable)
Act as the main liaison with external auditors and coordinate audits end to end
Strengthen and develop internal controls to ensure best-in-class financial and risk management
Who are you?
Master’s degree in Accounting or related field (mandatory)
8–10 years of relevant experience, ideally starting in audit and expanding into controlling/finance roles
Strong knowledge of IFRS; Dutch GAAP is an advantage
Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented with a passion for accurate reporting
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
