
Field Services Quality coordinator (Based in Veneto, Emilia-Romagna or Lombardy)
At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, we are looking for a Field Service Quality Coordinator (based Veneto, Emilia-Romagna or Lombardy) in this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of installation quality through regular audits, feedback collection, and compliance with company policies. This field role involves extensive travel (approximately 4 days per week) to provide ongoing training to installation partners and field technicians, develop technical documentation, and support complex processes and large accounts.
Responsibilities:
Prospect new business partners with technical background;Installation quality, Audit, and Compliance:Conduct regular on-site audits of installations and field service appointments, technician performance, and processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor and track installation work orders, proactively identifying deficient installations or services, and deciding on appropriate measures to resolve issues.
Gather and analyze feedback from Customer Support (CS), Customer Success Managers (CSM), Account Managers (AM), and administrative staff to identify and validate installation complaints, ensuring alignment with invoicing processes.
Support complex processes and large accounts by collaborating with Account Managers and the Field Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support the region on installation issues/questions by working with the Field Services team, Admin Team, Installation Partners, CS 2nd line, and Product Management (for new product introductions, CAN analysis, and testing).
Provide ongoing training for IPs and field technicians, focusing on new installations and procedures.
Develop and maintain a training calendar, scheduling trainings on specific weekly days.
Conduct training sessions whenever a new product or IP feature/installation tool is introduced (e.g., Webfleet video), ensuring all certified IPs are up to date with the latest standards.
Ensure all IPs are up to date with product knowledge and service standards.
Utilize validation tools (e.g., toolkits) to ensure training effectiveness and adherence to standards.
Define technical documentation tactics (Add-on Guides) in line with the Manager's strategy, covering devices portfolio installation and field application usage for Certified IPs, self-installed customers, and affiliated Bridgestone retail partners.
Create and update technical documentation to support training and installation processes
Collaborate with the quality team to gather feedback from customers after service appointments and analyze the data to improve overall service quality.
Introduce new processes as required to enhance the customer experience and eliminate gaps.
Your Profile:
Experience required:Minimum 5 years of experience working with telematics devices, connected vehicle technologies, or complex automotive system installations
Deep technical understanding of vehicle electronics, CAN bus systems, sensors, and embedded telematics platforms. Proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel);
Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware installation, troubleshooting, and field validation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Familiarity with basic project management principles (planning, task tracking, risk mitigation).
Great autonomy and capacity to proactively prioritize tasks and solve organizational situations.
Comfortable with conflict management.
Open to new insights and flexible in response.
Italian: Native required for daily communication with local customers, suppliers, partners and regional stakeholders.
English: Professional working proficiency required for internal communication, reporting, and interaction with international stakeholders.
