Associate Marketeer

About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager Marketing, Region South, you are responsible for marketing in Italy. Your main focus will be on driving brand awareness and lead generation, in close collaboration with your sales teams, resellers and agency. Collaboration and sharing best practices with marketing teams across Europe is important, as well as building relationships and joint activities with diverse types of partners. You will build and maintain strong collaboration with Bridgestone to leverage the marketing strategy in your region.
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
Collaborate pro-actively with internal stakeholders from various other marketing teams – for example product, design and digital – to collaboratively build our brand, place our offering in front of the right people at the right time and create value to our customers.
Build strong relationships with partners, including resellers and Bridgestone marketing, and plan co-marketing activities with them.
Work closely with the Italian sales team and the wider Team South to build and maintain a solid marketing strategy and align activities.
Build on the branding and recognition in the market by leveraging existing materials and creating engaging local content including customer cases.
Develop strategies and concepts for campaigns, online and offline events to drive leads and deliver on your marketing goals.
Make sure the customer journey is spot on, each contact point is adding value and is part of an organic flow that develops prospects into new customers.
Build marketing relationships with Bridgestone and develop campaigns involving the combined propositions with Bridgestone.
Responsible for regional budget, KPI’s and marketing goals.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced marketeer who fits this profile:
3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
Experience in Telematics/SAAS/Automotive/EV/IT Technology is a pre.
You are pragmatic and analytical; you enjoy the combination of hands-on and strategy.
You are a team player.
You are result-oriented and driven by KPIs and efficiency.
You are experienced in funnel marketing and optimizing lead processes.
You are ambitious, enjoy working hard, and want to be part of an established technology company that is one of the global leaders in its rapidly growing sector.
You are native Italian speaking and fluent in English.
