Associate Manager Field Services (Temporary contract)

At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions / Webfleet, we are looking for a Associate Manager Field Services (temporary) who will be responsible of maintaining full visibility and control over all work orders and projects within their region, ensuring a comprehensive overview of tasks and available resources. By centralizing this oversight, they can strategically assign work to the right partners and channels, optimizing productivity and efficiency while minimizing delays and resource bottlenecks

Your Day-to-Day: 

1. Installation Partner performance monitoring and improvement:

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as work order completion times, quality of service, and customer satisfaction

  • Establish regular meetings with Installation Partners, Field Services Specialists, and Quality Coordinators to ensure work orders are managed according to our quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Introduce and implement new processes as needed.

  • Track response and resolution times in alignment with Field Service Specialists.

  • Maintain a robust and efficient network by adding, maintaining, or removing third-party partners.

2. Account Management for Strategic Accounts/Pilots:

  • Coordinate and manage complex installation projects involving high-volume deployments for key customers requiring tailor-made adjustments, such as additional hardware, complex preparation for software integration, and/or non-WFS hardware.

  • Participate in rollout planning meetings with both direct customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Managers, Customer Support).

  • Ensure direct communication with customers and align with Sales Engineering and Customer Support teams.

3. Cost control and compliance:

  • Review overall service costs including revisions, warranties, and SLAs.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs to review and validate invoicing, in alignment with the Quality Coordinator and other internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Sales).

  • Ensure the service department operates within budget.

  • Identify and introduce cost-saving opportunities.

4. Systems and tools operative:

  • Identify and address communication gaps between systems by collecting and analyzing feedback from Field Services Specialists and Installation Partners during regular meetings.

  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to prioritize and implement technical solutions that enhance system integration and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure timely review of SLAs and quality control by improving data synchronization and communication protocols between internal systems and those of installation partners.

What you bring to the table: 

There is no set route to become part of Bridgestone Mobility  Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • 5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods;

  • Experience with customer facing projects;

  • Good communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish

  • Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, being flexible and thinking outside the box;

  • Your ability to connect with stakeholders, creating relationship and federating people around your goals will be key here.

  • MS Office software (especially Excel), Salesforce is a plus;

  • Basic understanding of technical aspects related to vehicle installations

  • Technical affinity for Telematics and related topics to vehicles/technology is a plus
