Associate Field Services Manager
Our solutions are nothing without the installations of specific hardware into customers vehicles. That's why we are looking for an Associate Field Services Manager UKI to make the installations a success! Please note that this position is based remotely in the UKI region.
This is an exciting position which offers you an opportunity to gain experience managing various stakeholders for the operations of an international company.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex installation projects of our solutions in UKI.
You will be the ambassador of the Field Service department in your region: presenting key updates to a large number of stakeholders;
You know how to firmly deal with external and internal stakeholders, being the main contact during a customer installation deployment project;
You will be enrolling and managing third-party installation partners (IPs) in the designated area;
You will work closely with the sales department in direct sales projects, both in the pre-sales stage as well as during the execution of a contract.
Who are you ?
There is no set route to become an Associate Field Service Manager but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods;
Experience with customer facing projects;
Strong communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders (native English strongly preferred);
Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, flexible and thinking outside the box;
Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
MS Office software, SalesForce and Monday.com is a plus;
Technical affinity with telematics and vehicle technology is a plus.
