
Administration Specialist (UKI Market)
At Webfleet, we’re looking for an Administration Specialist in Barcelona dedicated to our UKI customer base. Your primary purpose is to support all sales and customer-related administrative processes in the West region.
Your day-to-day:
Handle all administration related to services, from customer signature up to contract activation;
Coordinate after sales activities for existing customer database;
Coordinate customer complaint handling until resolution;
Assist the Accounts Receivable department in solving invoice or payment queries;
Actively participate in the Customer Success program to keep long term customer relations and service contract renewals after initial contract period;
Supporting the sales team located in Netherlands and Belgium, and perform as the prime point of contact for the account managers of Webfleet Solutions Fleet management products & services on contract queries;
Report directly into the Administration team leader.
Who are you?
There is no set route to become a Administration Specialist, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
Understanding of business processes and the ability to improve them when required;
Confident and have experience working in a B2B environment;
Stress-resistant under pressure;
You are solution oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude;
Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment;
Excellent computer and administration/organization skills;
Understanding technical issues is an asset;
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
