
Administration Specialist Internship (Field Service UKI Market)

At Webfleet we’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented Field Service Specialist Intern in Amsterdam to support our Field Service team dedicated to our UKI customer base.
What will your role be? 🧐
You will be Reporting directly into the Field Service Team /Mentor in the following activities:
Customer facing activities, such as:
Coordination of installation planning and ensuring correct data and monitoring progress on installations;
Coordinate after sales activities for existing customer database, e.g. data care/hygiene;
Handling (minor) complaints from start to resolution;
Coordination of installations with our installation partners;
Point of contact for other departments for installation-related queries.
Process- related activities, such as:
Creating process-related documentation (process flows + descriptions);
Identifying and implementing potential process improvements.
Who are we looking for?
There is no set route to become part of Webfleet. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must;
Excellent organizational and time management abilities;
Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
High motivation to learn.
