
Administration Specialist Internship (Field Service DACH & Nordics)

At Webfleet we’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented Field Service Specialist Intern in Leipzig to support our Field Service team dedicated to our DACH & Nordics customer base.
What will your role be? 🧐
You will be Reporting directly into the Field Service Team /Mentor in the following activities:
Customer facing activities, such as:
Coordination of installation planning and ensuring correct data and monitoring progress on installations;
Coordinate after sales activities for existing customer database, e.g. data care/hygiene;
Handling (minor) complaints from start to resolution;
Coordination of installations with our installation partners;
Point of contact for other departments for installation-related queries.
Process- related activities, such as:
Creating process-related documentation (process flows + descriptions);
Identifying and implementing potential process improvements.

Who is this for?
There is no set path to becoming a Field Service Specialist Intern at Webfleet, but this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Good communication skills: German and English;
Mandatory to be able to make a 6-month agreement with the university, with the opportunity to extend to 1 year;
Experience with process documentation (eg. flow charts + process description) + process improvement;
Strong interest in working in a B2B environment;
Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing position;
You are solution-oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude;
Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment;
Good computer and administration/organization skills;
Understanding technical issues is an asset.
