Accounting Specialist
Are you a seasoned accounting professional ready to take ownership and drive meaningful change? In this role, you won’t just close the books — you’ll help shape the financial integrity of our organization.
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
Leading month-end close activities in line with the global schedule.
Performing detailed P&L and balance sheet analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations.
Verifying payroll calculations from external providers and posting payroll journal entries.
Managing intercompany transactions, invoicing, and interest calculations.
Collaborating with the Tax team on CIT reconciliations and VAT reporting for Polish entities.
Handling Intrastat and statistical reporting.
Preparing financial statements for Polish entities.
Taking a lead role during local audits.
Supporting procurement through purchase order creation.
Who are you?
You have hands-on experience supporting or leading financial audits — you understand audit requirements and know how to prepare accurate, audit-ready documentation.
You bring solid experience in General Ledger accounting, ideally within an international company or shared service center.
You’re fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
You’re proficient in Excel and have worked with ERP systems — SAP is a strong plus.
You have sharp analytical skills and communicate with clarity and confidence.
You’re structured, proactive, collaborative, and service oriented.
