
AI & Supply Chain Intern
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly analytical AI & Supply Chain Intern to join our Reverse Logistics team for a long-term internship (6 months, preferable 1 year). This role will provide hands-on experience in reverse logistics, inventory management, data analytics, and AI-driven process automation.
What will your role be?
Develop and deploy predictive analytics models to analyze return patterns and prevent avoidable returns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI algorithms using historical return data, enabling better classification and automation of return cases.
Assist in the implementation of AI-powered tools to optimize reverse logistics processes.
Support the seamless integration of AI tools into Salesforce (SF) and Reverse Logistics workflows, reducing manual interventions.
Monitor the effectiveness of AI implementations and generate reports on return reduction and cost-saving metrics.
Identify inefficiencies in current Reverse Logistics workflows and recommend AI-driven automation solutions.
Assist in the automation of Salesforce responses to improve response time and accuracy.
Who are you?
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Living in Netherlands, preferably Randstad.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, predictive analytics, and automation.
Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Miro).
Knowledge of Salesforce (SF) automation and CRM integration is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for AI-driven solutions.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
